DSDT for Acer Aspire 1690WLCi

I flashed my BIOS to 3A28, though I can't remember what the original version was.
I admittedly flashed it in Windows because I didn't want to have to deal with DOS.
I found the BIOS update at http://support.acer-euro.com/drivers/notebook/as_1690_ddr2.html.
As always, it's very wise to take precautions when flashing the BIOS.  If it's not done right, it can be very bad.  Make sure that all programs are closed out and that the notebook is not running off the battery.


If one wants, one may try using my already compiled DSDT.aml file and skip right to the patching assuming if that one is running 3A28.  It should work, but I didn't test it personally.  If doesn't work, try doing it the long way by compiling from the *.asl file from http://acpi.sourceforge.net/dsdt/view.php.
